Calling
So on January 8th I (Nicole) got a calling at church. I am now one of the two teacher's in the 8 and 9 year old Primary class. I am excited to have got this calling, though I am also really nervous. I am really shy and don't know a lot about the church yet, since I just got baptized last March. I think it will be good though. Jon and I want to get sealed in the Salt Lake Temple this year, but some Sunday's we have a hard time getting the motivation to go to church. We are just so tired from the week and would rather lounge around or go do something together as a family, since out weeks are very busy. We know we need to start going to church on a regular basis and want to, and getting this calling will make us more obligated and motivated to go every week. I will also, get to learn more and more about the church (which is always a good thing)! Jon was sad he didn't get a calling at the same time, but I feel he will be getting one soon.

Highlights of 2011
In January:
Jon made a New Year's resolution to stop drinking, and guess what now that it is 2012 I can say that he did it! I'm so proud of him and I hope he keeps the strength to keep going :) Also Grayson and I flew to Texas to see, my mom and Jason. They were living there at the time. This was Grayson first plane ride and he did fantastic, he basically slept the whole time. It was the worst plane experience I have ever had. I have flown LOTS of times too! We got laid over in the Denver airport for over 5 hours on the way to Texas (due to the plane breaking down). Grayson was only 14 months at the time and didn't even get ornery when we were stuck in the airport either. On the way home from Texas we were laid over for 3 hours (due to the pilot not showing up) and Grayson was a trooper again! While we were visiting my mom in dad in Texas, we drove the 9 hour trip up to Missouri to visit my dad's side of the family which I haven't seen in 8 years and they had never met Grayson or Jason. It was so great to see them again, I miss that side of my family dearly. My Uncle Darrell also had cancer at the time (he is now in remission), so it was nice to see him.

Nicole's dog that her and her family have had since 2001, had to be put down at the age of 11. He was the best dog I could ever ask for, I miss him deeply. Jon taught Nicole how to drive stick. And we went to General Conference for the 1st time with two of our best friends, Richard and Steph.

We saw lots of Bise ( That's what Damian calls Bison), deer, a eagle, and even a mama bear and her 2 cubs. Another bear even walked through our campsite! (I need to upload all my pics from Yellowstone onto my computer so I can put them on Facebook, I got some great shots!)

Grayson turned 2! He has a puppy themed birthday party. Grayson got birthday money from his Grandpa Moore, so he used some of it to buy a pass to the zoo! This is really cool, he would live there if he could. He loves animals, and goes around saying "zoo, zoo" all the time. He also got his 2nd set of tubes put in. And we also went to Vegas to visit our good friends Tara and Jesse for Lily's b-day (Lilly is there daughter that turned 2 the day after Grayson). It was nice to see them again, since they live in Arizona and we only get to see them about once a year.

We went with our neighbors across the street to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Christmas concert at the conference center. We got to spend Christmas this year with my parents in Elko, we had a great Christmas. With money we got for Christmas from my dad we bought passes to Clarks Planetarium, and Thanksgiving Point (the Dino museum and Farm country). We are so excited to have things to do throughout 2012! Also, Grayson cut his head open on a chair on Christmas, he got 4 staples in the back of his head. Mommy was freaking out the whole way to the ER. By the time his head stopped bleeding, he was up and running around again.

Where to start...
There is so much to put on here to catch up, I don't know where to start :(
Jon and I decided that we would write about stuff happening in the present and also go back and write about from Grayson's birth to now.
So funny story how I found out I was prego... my doctor found a tumor in the wall of my stomach. So on April 9th 2009 I went into the U of U to have surgery to remove it. Any girl that is going to have surgery has to have a pregnancy test before they can preform surgery. So after taking the test, I started getting IVs put in for surgery. A nurse comes in and tells the phlebotomist that she needs to talk to him in the hall real quick. Right then I knew I was prego. My mom and Step Dad Jason drove in from Elko to be with me for surgery. I felt so bad they wasted money for a surgery that now wasn't going to happen and scared cause my mom was in the room with me so I had to tell her within minutes. So a minute later my doctor (who was also performing the surgery), the anesthesiologist, and another doctor came into the room. They asked my mom to step out and informed me I was prego. So then I asked my mom to come back in and told her the news. Then she went and told my step dad. Jon was at work, his supervisor wouldn't let him off that day. He planned on coming up once I got into recovery to visit for a hour. I had my mom text Jon and tell him I was done with surgery. So Jon came up to the U and I walked out into the hall. He thought it was weird seeming he thought I just had surgery. I then told him I was prego and he was shocked. LOL At the time I was 5 weeks along.
Anyways...I had a high risk pregnancy, I had to go to the ER several times in the beginning to get IV drips to get re hydrated from my hyperemesis gavidarum. There wasn't a single day since I found out I was prego I didn't throw up.
When I got to my 2nd trimester I could have the surgery I tried to have back in April. When your prego you can only have surgery during the 2nd trimester, unless its a emergency. I have had 3 surgeries previous to this one and knowing I needed to stay strong for my unborn son this surgery was a piece of cake for me. I recovered faster then any other surgery too. The day before surgery we got to find out the sex of the baby. IT'S A BOY!!! Grayson Curtis Wymore.
When I was about 22 weeks prego, I was dilated to a 1. 26 weeks, dilated to a 2. 28 weeks dilated to a 3. My doctor didn't think Grayson would stay in much longer, so she gave me 2 shots of steroids to help develop Grayson's lungs faster, in case if I didn't make it to 37 weeks So he hopefully would have a more chance of surviving and less time in the NICU if he did survive. At 32 weeks I was dilated to a 4. I thought anytime now I would have him. No we were all wrong!!! At 36 weeks Jon and I tried everything to get me to dilate more go into labor (By this time I had been on bed rest for almost 12 weeks). Even tried Caster oil!!! Glad to say it didn't do anything. For 2 reasons...1) after taking it I found out it usually makes you throw up or/and have to go number 2 for the next few hours LOL and 2) the nurse later told us after taking it, its harmful for you and your baby. So I will never try that again and don't recommend it to anyone.
I have to say I LOVED being prego and hardly complained when I was, can't wait to be again someday!!! :)
